Islam is the total submission to the creator of the universe. As Islam was provided to us as a way of life by the same God who created the universe, it perfectly corresponds with the universe. KMEB designs and implements various plans to nurture children in an Islamic framework. It aims to impart the Islamic worldview based on the Oneness of God and the position of Prophet Muhammed (Peace Be Upon Him) as the perfect role model for humankind. It trains students to see the entire humanity as the children of the same parents. KMEB, through its various activities, strive to inculcate good character among children. Rather than merely imparting certain rituals or chants, KMEB sees the Madrasa Education as something that should bring out the innate pristineness of human beings. Instead of rot learning, it adopts a practical and activity-based approach in Madrasa Education. To ensure quality, KMEB has devised the Madrasa Grading Programme (MGP) in which the process and facilities at Madrasas will be assessed using priorly circulated rubrics. Annual arts fest, under the name Majlis Fest, is a unique initiative of KMEB where both boys and girls get an opportunity to showcase their talents. KMEB also acts as the nodal agency for value education imparted in schools associated with IECI.
